Jon Hicks joined The Valuation Group, Inc. as a staff commercial real property appraiser in 2007. Jon Hicks has appraised commercial properties for financing, condemnation, and estate purposes; however, Jon has spent the majority of his time at the company working on assignments for tax appeal purposes on behalf of commercial property owners as well as local governments. Jon graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate with a commercial appraisal emphasis. Jon is still active in the SCSU Real Estate Alumni Association attending events and mentoring current students. Jon Hicks is currently working towards acquiring his Certified General Real Property Appraiser License. Prior to working at The Valuation Group, Inc., Jon Hicks worked as a Facilities Coordinator in downtown Minneapolis. |

Ben Lilla is an associate commercial real property appraiser with The Valuation Group, Inc. Ben Lilla graduated with honors from St. Cloud State University in the fall of 2008 where Ben earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business with an emphasis in commercial real estate. Before joining The Valuation Group in 2009, Ben Lilla interned with a Minneapolis-based commercial appraisal firm and the Dakota County Assessor's Office.
Ben has been an active member of the SCSU Real Estate Alumni Association since graduation by attending events and mentoring current students. Ben is currently working towards acquiring his Certified General Real Property Appraiser License. |
