Brett Hall is a senior staff commercial real property appraiser with The Valuation Group. Brett began his career 1992 while completing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate. In 2002, Brett Hall became an approved appraisal instructor by the Minnesota Department of Commerce. In 2008 Brett became an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor and currently teaches a variety of appraisal licensing and continuing education courses. Commercial real property appraisal assignments have included retail, industrial, office, hotel, conventional and senior housing properties as well as land development. Brett Hall is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and is working towards both the MAI and SRA designations.

Barb Day is a staff commercial real property appraiser with The Valuation Group, Inc. Barb began as a part-time commercial real estate appraisal assistant in 1985, and joined The Valuation Group, Inc. full-time as a commercial real property appraisal assistant in 1996. Barb Day obtained her Real Estate Appraiser License in 2002 and currently is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser. Commercial real property appraisal assignments have included retail centers, office facilities, apartment complexes, industrial properties, and subdivision analyses. Her diverse commercial appraisal practice includes financing, eminent domain, acquisitions and dispositions.

Dylan Swanson joined The Valuation Group, Inc. in 2006 as a staff commercial real property appraiser. Dylan Swanson is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate with an emphasis on commercial real property appraisal. While at The Valuation Group, Dylan has performed commercial real property appraisals for financing and tax appeal purposes. Past commercial property assignments include industrial facilities, retail buildings, office buildings, apartment projects, hotel properties, mixed-use properties, vacant land parcels, and subdivision analyses. Dylan Swanson is working towards his Certified General Real Property Appraiser License.
