Jon Day is a senior staff commercial real property appraiser with The Valuation Group, Inc. Jon first joined The Valuation Group, Inc. as a commercial real estate intern in 2003. After graduating from Northwestern College (St. Paul, MN) in 2004, Jon Day became employed full-time as a commercial real property appraisal assistant and obtained his Commercial Real Estate License. His broad commercial real property appraisal practice includes eminent domain, financing, tax appeal, estate purposes, acquisitions and more. Commercial appraisal assignments have included a variety of improved and unimproved commercial properties such as multi-family residential, subdivision analysis, office property, retail property and industrial property uses. Jon Day is working towards his MAI designation.

Matt Schroeder, a senior staff commercial real property appraiser, joined The Valuation Group, Inc., after graduating from St. Cloud State University in the spring of 2004. While at The Valuation Group, Inc., Matt Schroeder has performed commercial real property appraisals for financing, condemnation, estate purposes, and tax appeal. Matt Schroeder appraises both simple and complicated commercial real estate. Some of the complicated commercial properties valued include corporate office properties for Fortune 500 companies, large industrial properties over 300,000 SF, multi-tenant investment properties with over 50 tenants and large tracts of land over several hundred acres. Matt Schroeder is working towards obtaining his MAI designation.

Ashley Ferguson is a spring 2004 graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate with an emphasis on commercial real property appraisal. Ashley joined The Valuation Group, Inc. in May of 2004, and is a senior staff commercial real property appraiser performing commercial appraisals for condemnation, financing, estate purposes, acquisitions, dispositions, and tax appeals. Commercial real property appraisal assignments have included office properties, corporate headquarters, retail properties, multi-family properties, industrial properties, regional malls, residential subdivisions, and special purpose properties. Ashley has been an active board member of the SCSU Real Estate Alumni Association since 2007. Ashley Ferguson is working towards her MAI designation.
